What is the tuition for the classes?
Most classes are priced at $160 for 10 weeks of 1.5 hour ASP classes. Tuition is approximately $2,900 for Year 1 and $2,200 for Year 2.
How long is your training program?
The teacher training program can be completed in 2 years. Students have the option to extend their period of study to accomodate other aspects of their lives, catching missed classes the next time they are offered. There are over 500 hours of class time in the program.
How do I receive credit for classes taken?
To receive credit for a course, the student must attend at least 90% of the classes offered in the course. All written and other assignments for the class must also be completed by the end of the class. In the case of illness or other emergency, students may make arrangements with the teacher to fulfill the class requirements at the teacher's discretion.
I've taken some of these classes elsewhere. Can I transfer those credits into your program?
We will accept credit for anatomy courses taken at recognized educational facilities. Other credit transfers will be considered on a case by case basis.
How do I register for a class?
Call the teacher of the particular class to register. Please know that preference will be given to those who have been accepted into the teacher training program in the event that a class fills.
How can I be admitted into your teacher training program?
Secure the recommendation of your current yoga teacher. Fill out this application form. Send both your application and your teacher's letter of recommendation to our business address on the application form.
