Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga offers expectant mothers a time to focus on the transformation of their bodies and prepare for the labor & delivery process in the company of their peers. Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy, the class presents gentle strengthening and toning poses with breath work aimed at creating and maintaining comfort, flexibility and balance within the challenged yet miraculous pregnant body.
