Tuesday 9:30-11:00am Level 1 Jill Spencer has been using yoga to bring balance to an active lifestyle for over 20 years. She helps her students find the physical and emotional benefits of yoga practice, and guides them through traditional yoga poses with confidence and compassion. Jill has studied with Barbara and Todd for 10 years and is nearing graduation from the Advanced Studies Program.
